Educational Background Control Overview

As of 7.6.0, this control has been visually redesigned for optimal performance for mobile users

The Educational Background control allows logged in web users to add, edit, or delete their educational information. This information can also be defined by staff in the back office on the Education Information screen in CRM360®.

Before configuring web settings for the Educational Background control, it is important that your back office configurations are accurate. If not, these configurations will not display properly on your e-Business website. See Configuring the Back Office Settings for the Educational Background Control for more information on the system types and codes that need to be web enabled before setting up this control.

Customer Impact

After configuring the Educational Background control, your web users will see the control similar to the one displayed below.

 

When your user selects the Edit link, the Edit Educational Background window displays, as shown below. Here the user can edit his/her existing education information.

If the web user clicks the Add New Educational Background link, the Add Educational Background window displays, as shown below. Here the user can add new educational information to his/her profile.


If the web user clicks the Delete link, the Confirm Delete window displays, as shown below. The web user must then click Delete to remove the selected educational background record.
